Coconut Gone Bananas Protein Shake
This shake is packed full of protein and flavor. When I make my shakes I create enough for the day, that way I only wash the blender after I finish in the morning. I make a fruit smoothie, then my protein shake, then my green smoothie. I make the green smoothie last due to residue left inside the blender, I don’t mind a little vanilla protein or even a little left over mango from my protein shake and my fruit smoothie, but I don’t like greens in either one of them.
- 2 cups coconut water
- 4 cups almond milk
- 4 scoops collagen
- 2 scoops mct powder
- 1/2 ripe frozen banana
- 1/2 dropper liquid toffee stevia
- handful icecubes
Sprinkle top with a little cinnamon
Blend and enjoy
- Substitute banana with; mango, strawberries, pineapple
- Substitute liquid toffee stevia with; liquid vanilla, chocolate
This has become one of my favorite shakes, it satisfies my sweet tooth (even though I don’t get cravings like I used too, every once in a while I just want something sweet, it’s mostly psychological). I make a version of this everyday so I get all the protein I need.
